You will be given an option to print your Quick Quote Indication for future reference or you can immediately apply for your coverage.

Once we write your General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance, we can offer other competitively priced policies such as Umbrella, Business Auto, Property, Equipment, and Bonds.

Please note that our program is subject to a minimum premium of $3,000 for General Liability and $3,000 for Workers' Compensation.

Warning:  Do not get started before you gather the following information about your work estimates for the next 12 months:

• The Payroll amounts expected to be paid to each of your owners.
• For your employees other than owners (W-2), you will need to provide payroll estimates broken out by the type(s) of work to be performed (ex: clerical, executive supervisor, framing, interior trim, etc.)
• For your uninsured subcontract labor (1099) (if any) that does not carry their own General Liability or Workers' Compensation, you will need to provide estimated amounts to be paid broken out by the type(s) of subcontract labor to be performed.
• For your insured subcontract labor (1099) (if any) that does not carry their own General Liability, you will need to provide  the estimated amounts to be paid to them for labor and materials.
• Your estimated sales amounts (not including lot cost) from new home starts, residential remodeling, and commercial jobs.
• If you currently have a Workers' Compensation policy, you must find out if you have been assigned an Experience Modification by the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) or state equivalent.  If so, you will need to reference this number (ex: 1.25)
